Aviation needed for early morning medivac

While operating on a medical call early this morning, Medic 392 requested MSP Aviation to transport a patient to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Engine 304 (4/Higgs) and Chief 3 (Fretterd) responded to establish a Landing Zone in the 24000 block of Mill Creek Lane. Trooper 6 arrived, and crews assisted in loading the patient into the aircraft. The patient was airlifted to the Shock Trauma Center priority 2 by Trooper 6. Units cleared at 0900.

Units: Engine 304, Chief 3, Medic 392
